At Sage Creek Wellness, our mission is to provide compassionate and evidence-based treatments to help our clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health and well-being with affordable counseling and coaching services.
Our Approach - Counseling
The relationship between the counselor and client is the most important component to counseling. We encourage our clients to be picky when it comes to finding the right fit. Counseling can benefit anyone who is looking to improve their relationships, self-awareness and confidence along with addressing any other struggles. We have made the decision to provide low-cost counseling services in order to help the population that can’t utilize insurance or need reduced fees.
Our Approach - Coaching
Coaching is about putting the healing from therapy into action. With individual and couples counseling it is about continuing the journey from therapy.
With business coaching it can mean many different things, setting goals, streamlining processes, working on communication, etc. We are here to help with it all.
